Cafe Nativo & Roastery is a manufacturing coffee business in Honduras developing B2B, Retail and Wholesale business models for Specialty and Premium Coffees by enabling alternative dynamic market channels for small specialty coffee growers.
We have integrated an ecosystem of more than +5,000 coffee producers through all 6 coffee regions of Honduras. We work closely with our coffee producers to validate traceability, pre and post-harvest cycles to select only high graded specialty coffee from +83 points with distinct flavor profiles that have undergone meticulous care in the fermentation, milling, drying and selection processes.
By applying modern technology and sensory analysis to food engineering concepts, we develop innovative bean to cup processes creating a unique roast cup profile to each coffee. We are proud to be referenced as one of the most innovative roastery concepts in Honduras and the Latin American region.
